PRIVACY

This notice explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and what rights you have. It is written to be understood, not to be survived.

WHO WE ARE

NUL SIGIL CLOTHING (TO BE CONFIRMED) is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. Contact: contact@nulsigil.com.

WHAT WE COLLECT

  • Order information — name, email, delivery address, order contents. Collected so we can fulfil and support your order.
  • Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
  • Email address — if you join the initiates, so we can send you transmissions. You can unsubscribe from every message we send.
  • Basic technical data — such as pages requested, needed to run and secure the site.

WHY WE ARE ALLOWED TO USE IT

  • To perform our contract with you — fulfilling and supporting your order.
  • Your consent — for marketing email, which you may withdraw at any time.
  • Our legitimate interests — keeping the site secure and preventing fraud, balanced against your rights.
  • Legal obligation — keeping records required by tax and accounting law.

WHO WE SHARE IT WITH

  • Stripe — payment processing.
  • Printful — printing and shipping your order. They receive your name and delivery address.
  • Our hosting and email providers — to run the site and send order confirmations.

We do not sell your personal data, and we never will.

INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

Some providers operate outside the UK and EEA. Where data is transferred, it is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or Standard Contractual Clauses.

HOW LONG WE KEEP IT

Order records are kept for six years to meet tax and accounting requirements. Marketing email addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.

YOUR RIGHTS

You have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, and receive a portable copy. Email us and we will respond within one month.

If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

COOKIES

We use only what the site needs to function. Your selected artefacts are stored in your own browser so your selection survives navigation — that information stays on your device and is not sent to us until you check out. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
