These terms apply when you buy from or use this website. Please read them — they are short.

WHO YOU ARE CONTRACTING WITH

NUL SIGIL CLOTHING (TO BE CONFIRMED), company number TO BE CONFIRMED, registered at TO BE CONFIRMED. VAT number TO BE CONFIRMED.

ORDERS

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an order — for example because of a pricing error or because an artefact is unavailable — we will tell you and refund you in full.

PRICES

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include UK VAT where applicable. Delivery is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay. Prices may change, but never after you have placed an order.

MADE TO ORDER

Every artefact is printed after you order it. Because of this, routine change-of-mind returns are not available. Your rights where goods are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose are unaffected — see shipping & returns.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

Artwork is printed on garments; colour and placement may vary slightly between items, and screens render differently. Measurements in the size guide are given flat with a small tolerance.

LIMITED RUNS

Where an artefact is part of a numbered limited run, the stated run size is the total number that will ever be produced in that edition. Once the run is exhausted it is marked as such and is not reprinted.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All artwork, sigils, card illustrations, text and the NUL SIGIL name and mark belong to us. You may not reproduce, resell or use them commercially without written permission. Buying an artefact gives you the garment, not the artwork.

ACCEPTABLE USE

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, extract data automatically, or use it unlawfully.

OUR LIABILITY

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of your order. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK you may bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.

CHANGES

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
